The CEP held a Workshop, with the support of the Norwegian People's Aid, NPA, titled "Mapping Vocational and Educational Training (VET) Providers to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon" at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel, Beirut. The workshop discussed the findings of the VET Phase 1 Analysis, prepared by the Consultation Research Institute (CRI).

Attendees included the projects implementers (the NPA and representatives of the UNRWA Education Department), the project's supervisory Committee (CEP), and representatives of the VET Partner Organisations: Siblin Training Center (UNRWA, STC), the Najdeh Association (AN); the Joint Christian Committee (JCC), the National Association of Medical Social Care and Vocational Training (NAMSCVT), the National Association for Vocational Training & Social Services (NAVTSS), the National Institution of Social Care & Vocational Training (NISCVT), the Culture and science Foundation (Assalam Social and Charity School).
Also attending the workshop was: Mr. Victor Kashkoush, the Head of the Welfare Association, who came specifically to Lebanon to be part of this event; and Dr. Raja Matar from the Palestinian Student Fund.
A Committee was selected to follow-up with the CRI on redrafting the Analysis Consultancy Report in line with the VET Providers' comments & recommendations.
The finalised Analysis Consultancy Report will be available on the CEP website upon release.
